Atlantic Way Community

The reason that CrossFit is such a popular training method is predominantly the community aspect. There is something to be said about enduring a tough workout with others because to suffer together breeds a special camaraderie and creates a special bond.

Our community at Atlantic Way CrossFit is our strongest feature. We have a range of members from 16 – 60 years old from students to doctors and we all share that passion for fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

We try and host as many “community days” as we can at Atlantic Way CrossFit from in-house competitions, charity workouts with a BBQ or simply going to a local park for a game of rounders or touch rugby. We understand that fitness does not start and end at the gym door, we want our members to be active in everyday life and encourage their family and friends to do the same.
